- Take my overnight meds
- Breathe deeply / pray (repeat as needed)
- Stand on the scale twice, roll my eyes about the two different numbers I see, remember them to write down later
- Put plenty of water within reach
- Put the flag out on the porch
- Top up the dogs' water and food
- Take my morning meds (before hitting the chocolate)
By this time I'm "at work" (at home). During breaks and lunch I can:
- Monitor conditions in the kitchen and keep things clean / safe
- Eat and record food
- Walk the dogs (and write down results)
- Write down a to-do list for after my day job finishes
After my day job ends, I try to fit in exercise, organizing, and projects for myself and/or private clients, along with:
- Connect with friends and family (almost all remotely)
- Take my afternoon meds
- Walk the dogs (and write down results)
- Give the dogs their evening meds and top up their food and water
- Watch an episode of Community with my spouse
- Bring in the flag
- Walk the little dog one more time
- Take my evening meds
- Breathe deeply / pray (repeat until asleep)
